These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop www.fussmatt.com. The shop is operated by Royal Road GmbH, Dübendorfstrasse 4, 8051 Zürich, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as "FussMatt").
By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognised unless FussMatt expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation for the customer to place an order.
By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when FussMatt accepts the order by sending an order confirmation by email or by dispatching the goods.
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR), including the applicable value-added tax (8.1% in Switzerland / 19% in DE / 20% in AT).
We accept the following payment methods:
Payment is due upon completion of the order.
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.

Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date of payment receipt. Delivery times may vary for dropshipping items.
For customers in the EU, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of goods applies. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.
For customers in Switzerland, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return policy from receipt of goods. The goods must be unused, in their original packaging and returned complete.
The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the goods are defective.
The statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is 2 years from delivery (pursuant to Art. 210 CO for Swiss customers / § 438 BGB for German customers).
FussMatt's liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to damage to life, body or health.
The delivered goods remain the property of Royal Road GmbH until full payment has been received.

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland.
For consumers in the EU, the mandatory provisions of consumer protection law of their respective country of residence also apply, insofar as they are more favourable.
